Terms of Service – Pharmacy Weight Loss East Grinstead

Pharmacy Weight Loss East Grinstead | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss East Grinstead is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in East Grinstead and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and reside in the United Kingdom. You must complete our online health questionnaire honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Weight loss medications will only be supplied where our prescribing pharmacist or clinician determines it is safe and suitable to do so.

You must inform us of all current medications, allergies, and relevant medical conditions. Providing false or misleading health information may put your safety at risk and could result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medicines are dispensed only after a clinical review by our GPhC-registered pharmacist or an authorised prescriber. Approval is not guaranteed. Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our team and are valid for the period stated on the prescription.

We do not supply prescription-only medicines (POMs) without a valid UK prescription. You must not share, transfer, or misuse any prescribed medication. Prescription requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we may require follow-up consultations before issuing repeat prescriptions.

4. Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. You will not be charged for any prescription medication that is not approved by our clinical team; any payment taken prior to a declined review will be refunded in full.

We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Prices displayed at the time of your confirmed order will apply to that transaction.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via tracked courier to your specified UK address. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch.

Medications must be stored as directed on the packaging. We accept no liability for damage resulting from improper storage after delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations and the Medicines Act 1968.

If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. Refunds for non-prescription items will be considered in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
